Attorney Cooperation Disclaimer

If an attorney or law firm is involved, all legal services are provided exclusively by such attorney or law firm. Any attorney-client relationship exists solely between the client and the attorney, not with DIAMOND PAX LLC.

Client Acknowledgment

DIAMOND PAX LLC may coordinate with licensed immigration attorneys
Engagement of any attorney requires client consent
All legal services are provided directly by the attorney
DIAMOND PAX LLC is not a legal representative

No Guarantees & Government Authority Disclaimer

Immigration laws and policies may change at any time
Decisions are made solely by government authorities
No approval, outcome, or timeline is guaranteed
Visa refusal, delay, or RFE is not grounds for a claim or dispute

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Review and approve all materials before submission
Respond to requests in a timely manner

Consultations and Communications

Conducted via phone, video, email, or messaging platforms
Informational only, not legal advice
No attorney-client relationship is created

Payments & Refunds

Fees paid to DIAMOND PAX LLC are for time, effort, and non-legal services. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Refund requests made within fourteen (14) calendar days from service start may be approved with a deduction of up to thirty percent (30%) based on work performed
Once the case enters active preparation, refunds are no longer available
Visa denials, RFEs, delays, or policy changes are not grounds for a refund
Clients agree to attempt resolution before initiating chargebacks

Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and content are the intellectual property of DIAMOND PAX LLC and may not be reused without written consent.

Prohibited Use

Unlawful use of services
False or misleading information
Misrepresentation as legal services

Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify DIAMOND PAX LLC from claims arising from misuse of services or false information.

Termination

Services may be terminated for non-cooperation or violations of these Terms.

Jurisdiction

Exclusive jurisdiction: State of North Carolina, USA.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond reasonable control.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
