What we offer

Our services

We work only with EB-1, EB-2 NIW and O-1. We help collect materials and put them in order.

How working with an attorney is structured

The legal portion of the process - analysis of category applicability to your profile, preparation of the petition (I-140 or I-129), handling Requests for Evidence (RFE), and representation before immigration authorities - is performed by an independent licensed U.S. immigration attorney. The client signs a separate retainer agreement with the attorney and pays the attorney's fees separately.

DIAMOND PAX Consulting works in parallel with the attorney and is responsible for the non-legal part: evidence collection, portfolio structuring, coordination with recommenders, translations, PR support, and project management. These are two independent services under two separate agreements.

If needed, we can recommend an immigration attorney from our partner network, or you can work with your own attorney. The choice of attorney always remains with the client.

Our process

How we work

Each stage is clear. You always know where you are in the process.

1

Intro call

We discuss which documents need to be collected. Legal questions (category applicability, chances) - to the attorney.

2

Profile collection

We gather the client's existing materials and produce a checklist of missing documents.

3

Collection & structuring

We organize materials according to the structure agreed with the attorney.

4

Review & finalize

Detailed check of all materials. The final legal review is done by the attorney.

5

Interview materials

General reference materials about the procedure. Substantive preparation - with the attorney.

Ready to start? If the document package is built from scratch, the full cycle can take up to 6 months. If you already have materials, the final material assembly will be much faster.

Cases

Examples of our work

We focus on structure and presentation, not on promising outcomes

Senior ML Engineer (O-1)

Senior ML Engineer (O-1)

Challenge

Achievements are scattered: hackathons, open-source, talks. No coherent portfolio mapped to O-1 criteria.

Solution

Built an evidence matrix against 5 criteria; coordinated 8 recommendation letters (academia/industry); highlighted GitHub/Stack Overflow metrics; packaged 12 projects with role and measurable impact.

Fintech startup founder (EB-2 NIW)

Fintech startup founder (EB-2 NIW)

Challenge

Lacking factual materials about the project's significance and feasibility for NIW.

Solution

Collected and structured materials documenting the national significance and feasibility of the project; prepared the market/impact section (TAM/SAM/SOM, pilots, partner letters); compiled a U.S. rollout roadmap and core team profiles. The legal NIW argumentation was prepared by the client's attorney based on the collected materials.

Bioinformatics researcher (EB-1A)

Bioinformatics researcher (EB-1A)

Challenge

Publications and citations exist, but original contribution and recognition are under-articulated.

Solution

Segmented publications by contribution; documented peer-review/judging; collected letters from independent experts; highlighted impact metrics (h-index, invited talks, grants) in a dedicated annex.

Product designer (O-1)

Product designer (O-1)

Challenge

Visually strong portfolio with few quantitative indicators of leadership and impact.

Solution

Added project KPIs (MAU, conversion, NPS) and the candidate's role; prepared features in industry media; documented awards and memberships; compiled 6 letters from industry leaders with concrete case metrics.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most popular questions about document preparation

No. The final decision is made by USCIS/consulate. We help structure evidence and prepare materials according to requirements, which helps present the client's materials as completely as possible.
If starting from scratch, the full cycle can take up to 6 months - time for gathering evidence, publications, letters and approvals. If you already have materials, the timeline is much shorter - final material assembly takes less time.
DIAMOND PAX Consulting is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. We work with independent licensed U.S. immigration attorneys who provide all legal services to the client under a separate retainer agreement: analysis of category applicability, preparation of petitions (I-129, I-140), handling Requests for Evidence (RFE), representation before USCIS. The client may work with an attorney from our partner network or with their own attorney - the choice always remains with the client.
No. We work fully online: calls, documents, reviews - all remotely.
A denial does not close the path to a re-filing. The reasons for denial are analyzed by the client's attorney. We help collect additional supporting materials at the attorney's request.
I-140 petitions (EB-1, EB-2 NIW) and I-129 petitions (O-1) are prepared by the client's attorney. We help with the collection of supporting and accompanying documents, and with organizing materials for consular interview preparation.
Both are for extraordinary individuals. O-1 is nonimmigrant (I-129), EB-1A is immigrant (I-140). Criteria are similar but goals and procedure differ.
NIW waives the employer requirement if your project significantly benefits the U.S. Focus on significance and feasibility.
Yes. We are a document organization service. Filing and legal work are always performed by the attorney, regardless of whether you work with us. Our value is saving the client's and attorney's time, portfolio structure, and the quality of how materials are presented.
We are a non-legal document preparation service that works alongside an independent licensed attorney. This differs from: immigration attorneys - they provide legal services, we provide non-legal support (document organization, PR); agencies without attorneys - they often take on legal work, which in the U.S. constitutes unauthorized practice of law (UPL); we do not do that - legal services are always with a licensed attorney. The client receives a complete cycle: a lawful legal portion + a professional organizational portion.
