Why choose us?
When documents are in order, the process becomes clear.
Clear process
Each step is laid out so you know what is happening and when.
Document structure
We organize materials so a consular officer can read them quickly.
Transparent rules
We work to official requirements. We do not guarantee outcomes.
Careful preparation
Each document is checked and laid out cleanly. No typos, proper structure.
Our services
We work only with EB-1, EB-2 NIW and O-1. We help collect materials and put them in order.
How working with an attorney is structured
The legal portion of the process - analysis of category applicability to your profile, preparation of the petition (I-140 or I-129), handling Requests for Evidence (RFE), and representation before immigration authorities - is performed by an independent licensed U.S. immigration attorney. The client signs a separate retainer agreement with the attorney and pays the attorney's fees separately.
DIAMOND PAX Consulting works in parallel with the attorney and is responsible for the non-legal part: evidence collection, portfolio structuring, coordination with recommenders, translations, PR support, and project management. These are two independent services under two separate agreements.
If needed, we can recommend an immigration attorney from our partner network, or you can work with your own attorney. The choice of attorney always remains with the client.

EB-1 - Extraordinary Ability
Systematizing publications, citations, awards and memberships within the organization of the client's materials. We assemble the dossier the client's attorney uses when preparing the I-140 petition.
- Material systematization by criteria
- Evidence matrix
- Collection guidance
- Factual summaries for each criterion

EB-2 NIW - National Interest
We structure materials documenting the project's significance and benefit to the U.S. within the framework defined by the client's attorney. We collect materials for the attorney's preparation of the I-140 petition and supporting documents.
- Material structure for NIW
- Project/impact documentation
- Evidence collection
- Materials package for the attorney

O-1 - Talent visa
Document package preparation for professionals with outstanding achievements. We structure evidence and coordinate the collection of recommendation letters. The I-129 petition is prepared by the client's attorney.
- Achievement audit
- Material structuring
- Recommendation letter coordination
- Evidence structuring

Document review (EB-1 / EB-2 NIW / O-1)
Audit of already-collected materials. We identify weak points and provide recommendations to strengthen the document package. Legal assessment of category applicability remains with the client's attorney.
- Detailed review
- Corrections list
- Discovery call
- Final checklist

Examples of our work
We focus on structure and presentation, not on promising outcomes

Senior ML Engineer (O-1)
Challenge
Achievements are scattered: hackathons, open-source, talks. No coherent portfolio mapped to O-1 criteria.
Solution
Built an evidence matrix against 5 criteria; coordinated 8 recommendation letters (academia/industry); highlighted GitHub/Stack Overflow metrics; packaged 12 projects with role and measurable impact.

Fintech startup founder (EB-2 NIW)
Challenge
Lacking factual materials about the project's significance and feasibility for NIW.
Solution
Collected and structured materials documenting the national significance and feasibility of the project; prepared the market/impact section (TAM/SAM/SOM, pilots, partner letters); compiled a U.S. rollout roadmap and core team profiles. The legal NIW argumentation was prepared by the client's attorney based on the collected materials.

Bioinformatics researcher (EB-1A)
Challenge
Publications and citations exist, but original contribution and recognition are under-articulated.
Solution
Segmented publications by contribution; documented peer-review/judging; collected letters from independent experts; highlighted impact metrics (h-index, invited talks, grants) in a dedicated annex.

Product designer (O-1)
Challenge
Visually strong portfolio with few quantitative indicators of leadership and impact.
Solution
Added project KPIs (MAU, conversion, NPS) and the candidate's role; prepared features in industry media; documented awards and memberships; compiled 6 letters from industry leaders with concrete case metrics.
